Are you new to Skövde - or have you perhaps moved back after a period of time elsewhere?
Then we would like to warmly welcome you to an evening at Billingen that offers both
inspiration, community and a taste of the outdoor life that is around the corner.

Location: Welcome House Skövde, Stationsgatan 3B for joint departure by bus. Please be on site 10 minutes before
The bus departs at 17.00. We expect to be back at the Welcome House at 19.45.

During the evening we offer:

• A presentation about Skövde - Welcome House provides tips on everything you need to know as a new resident.
• Inspirational lecture with Filip Rapp.
• Opportunities to network and connect with other newcomers.
• A short walk with coffee and sandwich at our beautiful lookout.

Tonight's guest speaker: Filip Rapp

Filip Rapp, also known as "Vandra lätt" on Instagram, is an experienced hiker and
dedicated outdoor enthusiast. In 2023, he was named Skövde resident of the year for their commitment
and ambassadorship for the local community and its peri-urban nature. In the same year, the
his project to walk through all of Sweden's national parks. 

In Skövde, Filip is often also associated with urban development, music and culture, but it is on
the hiking trail he draws strength and energy from.

Filip is an experienced lecturer who enjoys sharing concrete tips and personal
anecdotes from the hiking trails he visits.

With a deep love of nature and many philosophical reflections, he inspires others to
seek adventure in big and small ways - both near Billingen, in Skaraborg and far away
trails around the country.
